Beer hall

Good atmosphere, good food. Little light on the salad (weird complaint).Only thing that could make it a 5 in my eyes is food being brought to your table but being as busy as they usually are, it's understandable.Still recommend highly

Been there today, beer and service was great, food though very disappointing!! Fries were undercooked and very salty and the burger was very dry!

3rd time being here. Fantastic enviroment and ordering system, no interaction required. We ordered braised pork belly rice and tomato dumping noodle. Pork was served at partially hot and partially room temperature (probably microwave served?), braised egg and pak choy were served cold. Tomato dumpling noodle was okay, the soup base tasted a bit too sweet for our likings, feel like commercially pre-made soup base? The food overall is okay. It's good for hot pot, but probably not so much for individual servings.

We had lunch here on Easter Saturday when most places are still closed.The service was satisfactory, and the serving was quick as we arrived only shortly after they opened.It was usually quite busy but today was quite empty because of school holiday and probably the 15% holiday surcharge from the Notice board right inside the entrance.We had their popular mini hot pot for 1, on top of other side dishes, including their signature fried fish, fried chicken, chilli cucumber, century egg tofu, stir fried pork belly with capsicum, fish ball noodle soup & the chilli pork intestine and belly.The taste was consistent & delicious for kids and adults alike.We have tried their Northbridge store previously but parking was an issue.Overall a satisfactory lunch but the downside which costs 1 star is their price hike from previous pricing. Eg mini hot pot is now $18 vs $13 before

This hotpot venue used to be packed, but really quiet nowadays. The food was hit or miss.

Standard sports bar feel with a massive screen on every wall. Pay for food at bar and are given a buzzer, you then collect your meals at the counter. They don't get brought out to you. You don't get acknowledged at the counter, you just have to assume that it's your meals sitting there. This wouldn't be such a negative if the food was less expensive and of better quality.

Visited to have lunch, place was quite so no trouble getting a table. Place is quite big so lot of seating capacity. Food was really good, both quality and quantity was good. Presentation of the food is very nice. Service was good, would recommend this place for friends and family outings.

I was really craving for their beef tongue so we had take away from there. We used to enjoy their braised beef tongue and we still are but definitely very very disappointed in their take away portion. It's getting lesser and lesser each time. Not worth the price for that amount of portion. $19.80 for not even half of the container filled.

Very disappointed with the service!We dined in for lunch and bought take away for our friend. We went to counter and ordered pork intestine pepper noodle soup. Unfortunately, the staff ordered pork belly pickle noodle soup. We didn't realise it until our friend was about to eat. We rang up and tried to ask for exchange, they kept telling us the take away was ordered by ourselves and refused to exchange for the take away we never ate.Very frustrated with the solution will probably never go again.
